Down 2 pounds!! (MO)

This is probably one of the HARDEST workouts ever (especially with live drums). It’s pure cardio from jumping to shaking your head to shaking ur derriere! Plus the instructor is pretty hard core…we had 3 people leave the class early cus they couldn’t keep...
